The Library

This is my favorite photo of the house.  The furniture is gone now, but you can see just how lovely it all could be.  To the right is a small porch looking out onto the side street.  Through the door in the rear is a full bath.  Voila!  First floor suite!

It's an older home - mid-1800s, but the owner assures me that 95% of the plaster in the house is gone.  In the front parlor is a woodstove, but the boiler is new within the past 10 years and keeps the utility bills low, even for so large a home.

The seller added a fence to make the back yard more private. At the far end is a barn that can be used as a garage.

Upstairs are at least four bedrooms (depends on how you count the rooms) and the washer and dryer!  And yes, there is another full bath.

It's a great house, and always gets "lookers."  This time I would love to see buyers as well!
