Many closings happen at the end of the month, and this year there were 3 Skaneateles area closings at the end of November. Because - alas - we won't see a "Seventh Twenty" I decided to wait and add the three to the end of the year list. That will be published once the dust (not snow!) has cleared and it is safe to assume all closings have been posted.
This time I am going to change it up a bit and list the single family homes by area. It might give a better picture of the difference between the Village and the Town.
